In honor of Norway's national holiday - Constitution Day - President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent warm congratulations to King Harald V, writes TDH.
The head of the Turkmen state wished the monarch good health and prosperity, and the Norwegian people peace, prosperity and further progress.
In his congratulations, Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his sincere best wishes to the King and citizens of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of this significant day.
