The head of the State Agency for the Management of Highway Construction, Yolamanov Serdargeldi Gurbangeldievich, was reprimanded by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who signed the corresponding Order, TDH reports.
The reprimand was received “for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over subordinate structures, and shortcomings in road construction work carried out in the city of Ashgabat.”
