If you use tariffs that support OpenVZ and KVM technologies (VDS A, VDS B, VDS C), then you can reinstall the OS yourself. Upon opening the service, an email with the details will be sent to your e-mail. In which you can use the link to go to vmmanager. Reinstalling the OS of a virtual machine is launched in the section Management -> Virtual machines -> Reinstall
