Turkmen-Japanese business forum for small and medium-sized businesses will be held in Tokyo

The Turkmen-Japanese business forum, focused on small and medium-sized businesses, is scheduled for March 27, 2024 in Tokyo, Japan.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for the Trade Complex and Textile Industry Batyr Atdayev, at the next online government meeting on Friday, reported to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on preparations for the Turkmen-Japanese business forum with the participation of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. This was reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that during the forum, opportunities for developing bilateral cooperation in the field of investment, industry, transport and logistics, as well as in the private sector, will be considered.

According to Atdaev, it is also planned to hold an introductory presentation of the ongoing work to create the National Pavilion of Turkmenistan at the upcoming World Exhibition EXPO 2025 in Japan.

The head of state emphasized the importance of the upcoming Turkmen-Japanese business forum in Tokyo and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure its high organizational level.

A number of priority issues of public life were also discussed at the government meeting.
